Pricing FAQ

How does the 14-day free trial work?
Every new workspace starts on a 14-day trial with full Starter limits. We won't ask for a card until you decide to upgrade — and you won't be downgraded mid-trial.
Are Meta's WhatsApp fees included?
No — Meta bills marketing and utility conversations separately at their published rates. We pass those through transparently on your monthly invoice with the full Meta breakdown, no markup.
What happens if I go over my included conversations?
We send soft-cap warnings at 80%, 95%, and 100% of your monthly quota. Past 100%, overage is billed at the published per-conversation rate at the end of the period. You can also upgrade tier at any time to absorb the volume.
Is the annual discount really 2 months free?
Yes. Paying annually gets you twelve months of service for ten months of cost — that's the 17% you see on the toggle, billed up-front and cancellable with pro-rata refunds inside the first 30 days.
Do you bill in Brazilian Reais?
Yes — all subscriptions invoice in BRL. We work with NF-e via your contador's preferred flow. International cards are accepted but priced in BRL, so your bank sets the FX.
Can I switch plans later?
Upgrades are immediate and pro-rated. Downgrades take effect on the next renewal so you keep what you paid for. Pause is available for up to 60 days per year on annual plans.
